Far too small
I feel like the one size fits all model is a bunch of bologna. These feel more like a detriment than anything else; They sit at the back of my shoes and the arch support curves peak in front of my heels making my feet strain like hell trying to walk in them, I could feel my tentons straining and burning as I walked it felt like they would tear. It didn't help that the bump forthe ball of your foot was at the front of my arch as well, making it feel like there was a pit under my foot the whole time. To top it all off though there are smaller curves on the outside of the insoles that make these things even cramp the part of your foot that's normaly fine. The only saving grace was the support gel on the heels, very soft and sock absorbent. Buy these maybe if your shoe size falls between 6-8.
