Easy to use and works well
I thought my Fiskars axe was sharp straight out of the packaging but with a few passes of the blade through this, I could almost shave with it. It puts a really good edge on the blade and is so easy to use. It is very lightweight and "plasticky" but that shouldn't be a problem if you look after it. I've already dropped it onto concrete from about 4 feet and it was fine. I've not used the knife sharpener part yet but don't see any reason why it wouldn't be as good as the axe sharpener.

Great Value
I use a lot of these in my job. They are great value and work really well. I use them to take audio from a Sky receiver and put it through an amplifier. A lot of the sites I visit have expensive convertors with optical leads which quite often fail. I just replace the failed expensive units with one of these and a double phono to phono lead and problem solved reliably and for a fraction of the cost of replacing the DAC unit.
