Life changing!!!
This book is brilliant - one of the best I have read. I have my own copy and ordered this as a gift for somebody. It tackles the problem of black and white thinking and teaches that we need to look at the grey areas - knocking parallel thinking out of the water and helping perception to change no matter what your internal voice is saying or how negative your life has been previously.

A beautiful journal to treasure!
You will want to treasure this book forever. The additional quotes are an inspiration. When it arrived I immediately went online and ordered another copy (to bless a friend of mine who is a prayer warrior with.) I can't fault this beatiful journal.
