Health for the Mind, Body and Spirit
I was busy and did not download the book immediately but when I did it contain the type of valuable information I would expect from Dr. Amen. This seller was great as well and send the link for the book immediately. If you are interested in how to heal and take care of your brain, body and spirit I would recommend this book and others by Dr. Amen.

This is perfect so that I never leave my Bible at home.
My favorite color is purple and I looked up purple Bible on a whim and found this! It is the right size for a spare Bible and I smile when I see the purple cover. The print is large enough for me to see with my glasses and I keep a Bible in the car at all times so it is perfect for what I need it for.

Love it
Since I am a weight novice this is the perfect DVD to allow me to work on my arms. It was ship super fast also before I could change my mind about my decision to target body parts!:)
