Definitely worth it!
These exogenous ketones are awesome. The flavor is great and it breaks down and blends perfectly. I am very impressed with this product and will keep ordering more. I get the boost I need before a workout and gets me focused. Definitely worth trying.

Best keto shake ever
This shake is delicious with coconut milk and it’s perfect. It blends great and even mixed with water it’s good. Provides perfect macros and refuels me. this is not too sweet at all!! other shakes or powders I’ve used are far more sweeter than this. This has a great vanilla flavor. Company is great, honest and their website is awesome. (My personal experiences).
It also states “No returns” before you make your purchase. In case anyone is questioning returns

Bent up diary
Spending $28 for a diary that comes in with all bent edges is no good. Within the actual packaging, not envelope. Top edges of the hard cover were bent which also caused the top right corner to tear exposing the material under the red vinyl. Definitely not impressed since this was an expensive diary. Definitely not giving this as a gift. This is trash and will be thrown out. We are ordering a diary elsewhere
