This is an excellent "timing together"
It helps to know the story ahead of the lectures. The presenter does a great job of explaining the themes that we all take for granted in our daily lives not knowing the values have been around for thousands of tears.

not all history is written down
This series of lectures ties together a lot of information. It especially enlightens the oral period prior to written language.
