Outlander Collector's Edition

For a brand-new collectors edition I was not expecting it to come smudged black. To me personally it brings the value of a collectors edition item down. Also, for it to have scratches on the moving picture film. Hopefully it didn't go through the plastic. It's good except for the black smudges. I came home with excitement to open it till I did, and saw black smudges. Overall okay.
