Excellent!!

I have C-PTSD among other health diagnoses and I started looking into weighted blankets as I would be up nearly all night every night. I purchased the 20 lb. I love several things about this blanket. First thing is that it is machine washable!! I noticed many weighted blankets are not. I am very cold natured and get hot easily so I was worried that this may get too hot at night. I don't sweat at all under it!! The glass beads are not noisy or pile up randomly in bulges in this blanket. I was asleep within 20 minutes and actually slept the entire night the FIRST night of use!! That's a HUGE deal as I have not done this on my own for over a decade. This may have been the smartest purchase I have made in awhile.
