great for beginners...thats me
this was worth the money...for a beginner it is great...that's me ...just started walking and I love these cd's...easy and a good way to get going....

yes..its what the picture showed....mine had alittle mark on it...but otherwise I have it on my counter...
the jar was just like the picture showed...mine is sitting on my counter ...the only thing was a small mark on mine ..otherwise its fine
