2 von 2 finden das hilfreich I was pretty skeptical when purchasing this. I have had to exercise pretty much all my life. I thought how could a bar and some bands give me a workout that I need. Boy, was I wrong. This has given me the best workout and in my own home. I am go glad I got it. I definitely recommend this to everyone!
