Excellent!!
This is my second purchase of this book, I find it a invaluable training aid whether it's my gym training or I'm helping a friend.. everything from body type to how to nurse injuries, nutrition to workouts is in this book and it is all detailed! Phenomenal resource!!

Blackhawk HK P30 / RUGER SR9/ 9E / 9FDE
Its almost impossible to find a SR9 holster, this HK holster fits the SR9 very well, to make it a crossover holster you just need to thin the walls next to the mag releases. I work in the security/ Armored truck industry, so I use this day in and out. I beat on my equipment but this holster takes everything you dish.
