Had an issue.. and they solved it..
I had an issue with the back cover i received for my iphone 4.. I sent them an email.. and they sent me a new back cover, no questions asked. Very happy customer

Starter was dying.. bought this refurb here.. works perfectly
Couldn't be happier with my Starter purchase ... Buying a new starter would have cost me ~ 280 dollars. I got this refurb for ~ 80.. and it works perfectly.. car starts every time now..
would buy again
