Mainly about business.
If you like to think or have a big dream. It's a great book to read. If you like business dealing, it also is a great book to read.

I didn't have time to finish the book yet. The first couple of chapters are encouraging investor to think big and dream big.
It takes a lot of time to write a book. The book encourage real estate investors to think big and dream big.

Deck Spindle Assembly
It fitted greatly, but since I assembly it myself, I had trouble with the spindle's gear and the pulley worn out. I had to get two new spindles and pulleys.
If anyone assembly the parts themselves, make sure the parts tightly. Otherwise, they will be worn out within a year.
