It's tiny....
Can't really recommend it although it will get the job done. This thing is very little, seat is only 18" off the ground. It does wobble pretty bad so you will need to be careful getting set unless you have a spotter. Female friend called it "cute"! Your legs will probably be used for balance instead of leverage. But it's basically the only curl bench out there. Curl pad is JUST wide enough. Does hold e-z curl and super e-z bars.

Works like brand new...
Every bro has their own brand of supplements. What works for me is Arnold Iron Pump. It's plainly stated that it has expired but I could tell no difference between this and some I have that's not expired. I purchased three containers for the price of one. Only thing I was hesitant about was the flavor, pineapple-mango. Reminds me of pink grapefruit juice, not bad at all.

Works..
It will hold eight items total that are held in place by a small magnet. Opens up kinda weird but it's cool to open. Made of plastic and seems sturdy. I plan on purchasing more for all my movies/games and not just eight I choose to take along.
