Like the product.
I have been using these water filters for years. I'm not sure how much good they do but has to be better than tap water. I even fill up empty plastic store water bottles from the faucet with this product. I did return one that was still under warranty about a month ago and so far the manufacturer has not responded with a replacement or reason why they didn't do anything so that is disappointing. The only complaint I have other than the fact they eventually wear out and start leaking is sometimes the water flow is robust and other filters not so much. This may be because they are catching a lot of gunk but it doesn't have anything to do with the Dupont unit. I keep buying them.
