  "Game is brand new, sealed"... It's just a shame that the seller forgot to add on the auction that either he wrapped the game in a clumsy foil or someone did it to him, because it's definitely not an original Nintendo seal (missing strip and a very protruding seam). Besides, there are other auctions on Ebay and you can compare what the new foil looks like on L.A. Noire. Also, after unpacking, the cover smelled of cigarettes, which shouldn't happen in the case of a new item.
