Bolle Cobra Foam Safety Glasses XC MTB
Only used them once up to now, but it was a cold wet muddy day. Glasses didn't fog up. Nice comfy fit. Much much better than having mud fly up into your eyes on the fast sections. Also, you don't have to keep flicking your head about trying to keep them in position. The foam stops any muck getting around the edge. Having seen a picture of a mountain biker with a piece of branch sticking out of his eye, I'd say you are better being safe than sorry. You only get one pair of eyes, look after them.

Commandos on the Front Line. A must see, must own documentary about RMC's
Fantastic documentay by Chris Terrill. If you've followed the Royal Marine Commandos in Afghanistan this DVD is a must see. I'd already seen it several times, but NEEDED to own a copy myself. It is that good. Chris is outstanding. Bonus footage of Chris passing out as a Commando at 55 years old.

Worked for me.
Being a large lad, I destroyed the chain set on my brand new Mongoose withing the first 3 rides. It's sat in the shed for over a year until I decided I NEEDED to replace it and get on the bike. I fitted this Shimano one and have done over 100 miles in the first week both on and off road with no signs of any wear at all. So far I'm very pleased with it, especially with the price.
