Please Use Protective Eyewear

Now that the safety warning is out of the way, I'll say that these diodes perform exactly as promised. They need a lot of heat sinking for continuous-beam applications, but the included heat sink is adequate for pulsed or short-duration continuous use. The light from the module I purchased is potentially damaging to eyes even when reflected off surfaces of hundreds of feet away. Use appropriate eye protection, indoors only please.
