Dr Paul Lam, The go to teacher of Tai Chi health DVDs

Dr Paul Lam is a very knowledgeable practitioner, who also manages arthritis. The menus are arranged in a methodical way for each lesson, so that they promote good progress, ease the learning curve, and help give the best results an individual can produce. Advice is given on how to practice the movements shown over the 12 lessons. Each lesson has the same warm up and cool down routine, and the previous lesson is recapped before teaching the new lesson. Very well thought out. I've already ordered part two.

Another Hit from Dr Paul Lam. Brilliant!

The new improved Tai Chi for Arthritis 2 follows the new improved Tai Chi for Arthritis 1, and like the first DVD this DVD is excellent. The menu system builds upon what you have already learnt and gives you tips on how to practice. There are only 6 lessons, but you learn more than one movement in some of them. I split my Knee cartillage clean through several months ago, so I turned to these DVDS to help me keep the knees moving, build strength gently, and to prepare for the inevitable arthritis before it arrives. Another hit from Dr Paul Lam. Brilliant! I may look at his Qigong DVD next.

Cheap plastic box, Hose diameter not large enough

The hose is not big enough to attach to the dryer, and the dryer isn't even large. Our dryer is an Indesit IDV75_WH Vented Tumble Dryer. We've had to acquire a hose with a larger diameter and use it with the cheap plastic box that came with the hose. The box is warped which makes it difficult for the lid to fit well. If it wasn't so much hassle going through the returns process, I would have returned it. Until I can source a better one, we'll have to make do with just the box for now.
