A good record of a sometimes forgotten aspect of UK tram systems
I would recommend this book but a basic geographical knowledge of the three cities would be a help. The maps are pretty basic of necessity. Having studied most tram systems in the UK , this book has incorporated many well known views but are a welcome addition in the context.
Have to admit to knowing the late author who’s records and notes were invaluable during his lifetime of transport interest.
Other tram networks outside the four scottish largest systems are not covered despite the title.
