Not worth repairing!
My old unit started squealing. I checked out several you tube videos on how to change this part. I suggest you do it too. If you are going through the trouble to remove it why do it twice? The burner side blower was frozen on so hard I tried to heat it but still wouldn't budge. I ended up drilling the end of the shaft off with a 3/16 bit. The new unit is wisper quiet and blows the heat out much harder.!! Well worth the trouble!!!

Excellent Value, I received mine in two days and on a Saturday!
My chain bar had a couple scratches and my unit looked like it had fuel and chain oil in it previously. Other than that it looked like a new machine. After installing the chain bar and chain adding two stroke mix fuel and chain oil mine started on the third pull. After adjusting the carb mixture it now idles perfectly and starts on the 1st pull. This saw is very lightweight and has plenty of power.
