A bit repetitive but
Likeable characters and if you enjoy the steam era a readable set of books. Gives you a feel of the times. A whodunit which made you think a bit.

All was not lost
Living with animals, being a gardener without a shoes off policy, carpets dont always stand a chance. I used it in a friends flat where her son would dismantle engine bits. I was hugely surprized at how much of a difference this has made in both our houses. Pretty easy instructions too, didnt spend an hour trying to open the packet. Would like it a little cheaper but who wouldn't.

Fun way to learn
I believe that the audience is a little younger than me but as every one needs to start from hello and goodbye it is a jolly fine book to set you off
