Good unit
The product is great. I had one before.
This one was advertised as new, seem to have been used a couple of times. One salt pack empty was left in the unit and one other more was missing from the package

Mail does not drop down
The mail box is very good looking.
Unfortunately the mail slot is a bit too small.
Our mail carrier just seems to stuff the mail in and it does not drop down where it would be protected.
We have had to order a different one and will try to sell this one.
