Not suitable !
I have had to modify the plasterboard ceiling to make the downlight secure.

Not genuine !
I bought this for my daughter but she informs me that her laptop flags up that it is not genuine.
Microsoft tells her that she will not get any updates,
Obviously she and I are disappointed but being offered at this price there was a good chance
that is was not genuine software.

Not as described ! Beware!
This item came as 2 separate installations of supposedly 6 month duration.
The first installation lasted 6 weeks and does not recognise the follow up licence key.
A complete waste of money !
