TERRIBLE QUALITY ITEM!
This DVD set appears to be a transfer copy from a very similar set that was on the market years ago. The quality of the DVDs are terrible to put it lightly. Very few episodes are clear enough to view. Don't waste your money buying this set. It is not even worth the $10 I paid.

A Civil War drama well worth viewing!
This is one of my favorite historical dramas. The Actors were very convincing in their respective roles and the overwhelming number of Civil War reenactors came with their own uniforms and weapons. Beautiful production in every way. Very moving! Very heart felt! Two of my ancestors fought in the Civil War and their rescored personal experiences tell of terrible hardships, pain and suffering. Some of that comes home in this movie.

Just would not work for me!
It would not play on my DVD player. Picture went from clear to snow and then to off color. No big deal, I was the high bidder at $2.
