Fit a 2005 TRX 250EX
Most people take off the stock baffle on the 400EX and the 250EX and then throw it away. When u buy a used bike and want to put it back to stock for whatever reason, this part isn't easy to come by used and more expensive new. Based on other reviews that said this would fit a 250EX I bought it and they were correct. I did have to enlarge the holes on the mounting plate to make the bolts fit, I think this was just drilled slightly off at the factory is all. Took all of 5 mins to install with enlarging the holes! Great option to quite the bike down and be able to ride at places that require a spark arrester.

Works good right out of the box
Bought this to repair some 90's ATV fenders that are no longer made by the factory or the aftermarket. This unit works well and the adjustable heat range makes finding the right heat setting to sink the staples easy. Also small tip, just before u let up on the trigger to let the staple cool, give the staple a slight twist to help lock it in. Then wait at least 30 seconds before u pull the gun away from the staple.
