Great chair except...
4 von 4 finden das hilfreich The head pillow is way too thick and pushes my head forward to an uncomfortable position. It appears to be a cast/shaped one piece foam interior and there is no way to remove it or make it less thick. When I bought it on-line it looked like the head pillow could be flipped back out of the way. (The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars.)
Otherwise a really great chair.
