Blows away the expensive brands
I am so glad I found this mascara. It has given my pathetic lashes new life, PLUS, it is super black and STAYS that way ALL DAY LONG. No fading at all - which has been a huge problem with almost every other far more expensive mascara I've tried (in fact, this is the first drugstore mascara I've used in about 15 years, no lie). The tradeoff is that the formula gets harder (the waxes that keep the luxe formulas soft on the lashes are also what turn gray, alas). So your lashes feel kinda stiff and clumpy. HOWEVER, they look amazing if you can get past the formula. And it doesn't flake, doesn't smear, and washes off easily. I highly recommend this mascara to anyone who is looking to add some serious OOMPH to their lashes. If you already have fuller lashes, it might be too much, but it is just the thing for my sparse situation.
