  I never received the package and then I contact them. He wants me to go to my post office post office says whoever shipped it, they should go to their post office with the receipt

  Tracking from post office shows it was delivered on December 7. He says he never received item. I told him to go to his post office to inquire. Never heard from him until a month later when he leaves negative feedback. Went to my post office today and they verified it was delivered to the correct address. My fault?
