Horrible fitment

Vehicle to be installed on was a 67 Mustang fastback, 289, 4 speed, no power steering. Absolutely the worst headers I've ever attempted to install. Each flange has 8 bolts to attach them to the heads. You literally cannot put 4 of them in, like even out on the bench. The header tubes pass over the tops of the holes. I corrected that by side drilling the holes to allow an angled entry. That didn't work, had to also dent the tubes to clear the heads of the bolts, had to do this on both sides actually. Once the passenger header was installed I noticed that removing the spark plugs was going to be impossible. Had to cut arches into the mounting flange and once again dent all 4 tubes. Driver side is another nightmare. Similar issues as to the passenger side with the additions of reducing the steering radius to 75% due to the pitman arm hitting the header tube. Another tube rubbed the frame rail, badly, and the other is right up against the steel fuel line. Save your time and money. Buy quality, name brand. Its a bigger bite on the pocket book, but I've literally spent 6 hours trying to install these and now they're completely wasted.
