Gullah Cuisine Cookbook
I lived in Charleston South Carolina for over eight years. This is hands down the best Gullah cookbook. Most of them have unusual recipes with hard to find ingredients outside the area, and do not have measurements, hard to guess the amounts. I wish that I could give this book more stars.

The Texas Holiday Cookbook
This is a great book that covers all holidays. The recipes are the authors pesonal family recipes and stories with beautiful pictures. The book is a great addition to any special occasion.

Pillsbury Appetizer Cookbook
Love this book. The recipes are simple and there are a lot of pictures. This is not just for parties but great when you don't want a heavy meal and prefer an interesting snack.
