First on flowchart to fix wacky gauge readings.
Fixed my gauge readings! This is on a 2 year old AC Delco MXMG3711 pump, 2001 Silverado 4.8
It was either a bad stepper motor on the gauge itself, or a bad sending unit on a 2 year old AC Delco pump. So, I gambled and spent $15 bux for this sender. In about 30 minutes, lifted the bed and pulled the pump. Another 10 minutes swapping the plug and play senders. Plugged in, turned key, and moved the float by hand. Gauge moved accordingly. Fixed! Awesome!
Then I put the bed back.

Good quality, good value.
Worked perfect for removing the threaded ring and for extracting the chainrings. Very good paring of both tools; both were required for bottom bracket removal.

Little studs have no allen head. Cannot install with engine in car. (Silverado)
3 weeks in and they seem to be doing fine.
Only thing is the little studs DO NOT have an allen head. No way to install them with the engine in the car (Silverado). I had to use the old stock bolts.
Obviously made offshore but price is super cheap. I followed directions and torqued to 70 ft. lbs.
None snapped. So far, so good. Knock on wood.
2001 Silverado 4.8 with 862 heads, the ones with 3 different length bolts. I put the heads on the block (with dowel locators), and then threaded the studs in. I had to put the very back driver's side stud in the head's hole when I put that head on the block. I also hammered the firewall for more room, otherwise it won't go.
