Disappointed
There was very little product provided. The "mascara/lash activator" clumped in the bristles at the tip. It also flaked off at the end of the day. I expected more from a Cargo product and wanted to be able to recommend it. Very disappointed.

This formula replaces the older formula. It works very well blurring pores and is non-greasy. I bought two.

High-Quality Product
The matte look is very flattering. The product does not flake or sprinkle under your eyes - it stays where you put it. The color lasts all day. Very happy with the purchase. I recommend using the “IT” brush that does with the eyeshadow.
