Allergies Self-Help Cookbood

I've been trying to work around 4 major food allergies for over a year and was about ready to write my own book from trial and error. M.H. Jones beat me to it. It has lots of recipes and lots of philosophies to help understand the substitute ingredients I have to work with. Good information. A friend and I have tried several recipes now with good success. The only thing I don't like about it, is that some of the recipes do use ingredients listed as allergens - like eggs. Anyway, lots to choose from.

This book is like an owner's manual on essential oils. Well laid out and user friendly. This will be an excellent reference to essential oils and their cures.

How to communicate well

I'm not completely finished, but this is an excellent book to help you out with conflict situations. Very biblically based with lots of practical ideas. The questions at the end of the chapters are hard hitting. They make you think. It's well laid out by subject matter and worth the read.
