  Seller absolutely refused to ship the item then refused to issue a refund. Tried to keep my money. I finally received a refund issued by eBay 19 days after the sale, only because an "Item not received" complaint was filed. Told me he would issue a refund only if I could provide proof of payment. Why should I have the burden of proof when payment was fully documented on eBay's pages? This was absolutely the worst seller I have encountered in 26 years using eBay. Do NOT patronize this seller!

  AVOID!!! DO NOT BUY!!!! After I had paid for item and waited days for the shipment, seller claimed listing had already been cancelled prior to the bid and payment (which we all know is impossible). Then he refused the cancellation request and ignored any communication. Had to ask eBay to intervene and expedite the refund. Again, AVOID, AVOID, AVOID.
