Long zip lock watch envelope
This is a good storage solution if you have a large but shallow drawer or box for keeping watches that you visit frequently to keep them wound. You can easily identify them, open them to access the winding stem, take inventory, or whatever. Scratches are virtually eliminated. These would be an excellent match with a silverware drawer insert. Two thumbs up for practicality (and also great for spare interchangeable straps).

Akribos white face Roman numeral GMT watch
This is a good-looking, very legible watch with day, date, and GMT subdial that can double as a 24 hour indicator. The day of week requires that you crank the hands around until you arrive at correct position, but you use the pushers to set date and GMT. I would consider this wearable for dressy occasions. The fit and finish are great, as you grow to expect from Akribos. The alternating stick markers and numerals, as well as the hands, are a very dark blue, but at arm's length, the whole ensemble comes across as black features on a white dial. It comes with a soft, pliable black leather strap. I'd consider it a good value for a watch that has a Swiss quartz movement.
