Tidal HiFi using Macbook Pro

I'm using the D30 with a P50 power supply. Using an old Macbook Pro with Tidal HiFi subscription (1411kbps ) connected via usb. This Topping combination clearly improves upon the Macs own dac in all areas you can imagine. No point listing all the improvements, you name it and it's better. Tidal HiFi 1411 kbps is basically cd specification but I now feel my combination actually sounds better than an a descent cd player. The D30 was recognised immediately by the Mac and also my Samsung A50 phone worked straight away via type C to usb adaptor. The P50 power supply will be adding to the sound quality, so bare that in mind. Rest of the system is Topping TP60 amp and Ayal loudspeakers (awesome) made by 3 Square Audio.

Good audio credentials

Purchased to allow use of Macbook playing Spotify 320kps from headphone output. I sit 5 metres from amp. I use a budget Rotel amp with very good floorstanding speakers. This interconnect surprised me with its clean and transient sound. Well balanced across all frequencies, clear and neutral vocals and good imaging. Amazing value
