Seeing some good changes this soon.
4 von 4 finden das hilfreich I HAVE noticed I'm not craving snacks as much as before. Not sure if it's all in my mind, but don't think so, because usually nothing will stop my appetite! If I do bust open a bag of chips, I only eat half a bag instead of the whole thing, now! ; ) As far as hot flashes and irritability, there's a slight lessening of temp fluctuations, but that may take some time, yet. Only taking this for about 2 weeks. I'm guessing it takes a month or 2 to see some of these changes take effect. I'm still irritable with my boyfriend, but he's always been aggravating and nothing may ever change that - menopause or not!!! I'm happy there's been some slight changes, so far, with taking this product. Also, no weird side effects to report. Will keep trying!

Nice little system
This has very nice sound in a small, sleek unit. Clean design, easy to operate, good for a small room or kitchen.
