Wonderful experience and Highly recommended.
This is a great tape with fabulous music. So easy to flow with the music and feel the body stretch and gain strength. I have tried many exercise tapes this is the only one I really am able to enjoy doing and want to stick with daily.

So wonderful...
This is a great machine. It is a transition from years of singer machines and I am so happy that I switched. The bobbins wound perfectly, It sews beautifully, it is quiet, sits solid on my sewing table, and I will enjoy many years of quilting and sewing on it.
