A simple to use scanner
I have several Of the newer computer controlled scanners and they are nice and featured filled love them. But it's nice to have the simple but very easy to use old school functions. The battery backup is great not only saves memory it also allows use in lights out situation. A mention of the AM FM radio never had this feature before but once again great in power outage. Good scanner if you want simple but solid it's a good scanner for you
