  2 weeks after receiving my payment seller still hadn’t shipped my item. Seller refuses to respond to me. I requested item to be cancelled and requested assistance from eBay. eBay failed to help and closed my case without contacting me. Now item shows shipped with no tracking. Item was requested to be cancelled (11/6) prior to supposed ship (11/10). SCAM! And zero help from eBay! This is theft.

  Seller canceled my order and said the item was not new. She then posted the same item in a week and reached out and said she found another new pair and that she can only offer it to me at a higher price
