Great but be sure what you're buying

Be sure they are new. Drives with a green border around the label are warranty replacements - REFURBISHED. Also a PULL is not a new drive, it was already installed, then taken out, and may have been used for some time. The NEW drives are great. Never trust a used or refurbished drive.

Does it work?

I have 2 tanks, both suffering from an algae bloom. Put this unit in one tank. The tank cleared up in 3-4 days. But so did the second tank, without this unit. So I can't really say if it works or not. It is rather heavier and larger than I expected, but it seems to be a well built unit.
