Packaging not up to scratch!!!.
I'm still trying to get the helmet into shape, due to very poor packing for shipping. Instead of it being in a box it was pushed out of shape and plastic wrapped and then put in a plastic bag. On arrival it's inside panel had come out and after taking the plastic off the helmet was flat shaped, which made putting the adjustable head parts in more difficult. After a couple of weeks using the helmet it works OK, but it is still some what out of shape!

Hydraulic pump
Very happy with the hydraulic pump, and did what I hoped it would do. The manual that comes with it is a joke and no help at all, and the machine itself could have at least had some labels that gave you the proper control operations.
