Very good design, but take time to learn the keyboard for much lower price.
This cellphone can only be used in Canada and USA due to it's frequency running on CDMA that other nations are not using. However, if the user is not traveling outside the US and Canada this is the model to buy, but the texting is not as easy to learn compared to the cellphone with full QWERTY keyboard. I currently use the other BlackBerry model with full QWERTY keyboard, and use this as my alternate for MP3 player. The sound is superb with my Sony earphones.

For a few dollars more, I was glad I bought this SIM card that was pre-activated. I have no regret, and will recommend it to my friends.....
