Best Dyson I have owned
I was a bit sceptical about buying a refurbished model, but thought that saving a £100 was worth trying. I am so glad I did. apart from not having the original box everything else was perfect. I emailed the company with a question, They very promptly answered, Not only is the machine very easy to use with great suction, it is also a lot quieter than previous dysons I have owned. My dog hair problem is solved. I would not hesitate in buying refurbished from them again and have even recommended to friends.
