Good quality Thermometer.
It's a good thermometer however maybe I was unlucky but the battery on one of the thermometers stopped working after about a week or so of use, I changed it and I've had no problem since, the other one is fine.

Full of really good recipes
This is an excellent book for both the professional pastry chef and the capable amateur, the recipes are easy to follow and everyone I've tried works well, it's an oldie but goodie.

Bargain Lens Hood
This rubber collapsible lens was an absolute bargain, is seems to be of excellent quality I was very happy with this product.
