I just received my copy of the book so I can not give a personal view at this time. I will share the information that guided me to this book.

The Book of Five Rings by Miyamoto Musashi
Smaller book (59 pages) then I was expecting. But when you thing about a Japanese Samurai Warrior writing a book way back in 1645 in traditional Japanese, it was probly pretty big back then.
Regardless, The Book of Five Rings refers to the psychological and physical way of thinking that there are different elements of battle and daily life that are much the same. How you think and act should follow the "way". The "way of the warrior" basically applies to every thing we do and how we should think, so that one is ready for anything, should the need arise.
This book touches on what Musashi considers are the five elements of battle and relates the theory of these elements to different physical elements in life.
Good read, much like Sun Tu's The Art of War.

Book Provides a good look at custom gunsmithing projects across a wide variety of firearms.
This book is book #51 on Midway USA's "Building Your Gunsmithing Library: An Indexed Review of Gunsmithing Books" It is rated at 4 stars and is out of print. The following is their description.
"Provides a good look at custom gunsmithing projects that can be applied to a variety of firearms. Many common gunsmithing procedures are covered in this book, as well as some that have become more obscure, such as using silver wire to decorate pistol grips. At the end of the book are instructions for creating such accessories as knives and powder horns, and an interesting section on colonial era firearm construction. Much of the contents originally appeared as articles in Gun World magazine.
