An Excellent Workout
I bought this DVD as I have a large selection of workouts and I like to add variety to my collection so that I never get bored and have no excuse to workout 5 times a week. I like this workout very much. There are four twenty minute workouts which you can either do individually or together for a whole body blast. The music is terrific, each workout is different, fun and you really get the feel you have worked out by the end. This product is different from others in that it incorporates 80s dance moves into your workout to make it fun. The last section is the toning workout and that is an amazing workout. Buy, do, enjoy and lose those pounds.

Great for the ankles but (for me) too loose for my wrists
Really great for the ankle providing extra resistance for the lower body. I do yoga and they just give me a bit extra so that I can challenge my muscles and my bones a bit more.
The only negative thing is for me they are too loose around the wrist to use as wrist weights. I just can't get them tight enough unless I wear them over bulky clothing. However, brilliant for the lower body and I will have to look again at what I might be able to use for my upper body strength.

Even Better Than Holy Island
I read Holy Island and after the shock ending I definitely had to read this book and it did not disappoint. I won’t share the plot as it would spoil it for future readers however, it had me gripped from page 1.
