"Lightweight clear instructions"
I've just started going to a weight club, this book has got me excited to want to cook and we've loved the recipes I've tried so far. I'm amazed how tasty and interesting each recipe is and yet much less fat. Every kitchen should have one, it's suitable for every day meals as well has having guests. And all healthy.

Excellent for healthy changes needed
It has given me the daily tips of encouragement in the 28 day plan I needed also really great tasty light meals all family can enjoy. Lifestyle changes and motivation I needed.
