Accurate
Accurate and a reassuring tool to have at home

Great tool
Has its place in my tool box. You must puncture insulation on wire tested - does not work by induction as I had hoped but still handy

Hodge Podge of a cookbook
I received this book today. I would buy it again but it really only complements other books I have on this topic and is not definitive enough to be used as a main go-to reference. Also, a bit heavy on desert stuff but if thats what you like its great. For example, I wanted to make zimne nogi or studzienina (jellied pigs feet), made by Poles, and other East Europe countries by other names - couldnt find it.
Some of the foods would probably not appeal to 2nd generations (like me) but if you find that one that gram used to make youve made a good purchase
